What We Provide

Kōwhai Therapy aims to provide a confidential space for you and your whānau to be and process anything that may be going on in your lives. We use a non-judgemental approach which helps to form a safe place for you to share.

Confidentiality

The stories that you share are a valued taonga to us. We hope to build a strong and positive rapport with you and your whānau.


You're in control

While you engage with our team, you always have the option to opt out if things are not going the way you had hoped.
We do record the things you tell us as a part of our safe practice, and you are always welcome to gain a copy of these records.
If you need a support person with you, they are welcome to join to encourage you on your healing journey.


Limits

While we do everything we can to make sure your privacy is protected, they may be cases where we will need to get others involved in the event of immediate danger.
All our team have regular supervision. What this means is that we have experienced professionals guiding our practice to make sure you receive a safe and effective service. While our team will share your content with their supervisor, your personal information remains confidential.
